Project Manager

Job Description

On-site management and quality control to ensure project completion within time frame
Delegation of manpower and resources to ensure timely completion
Rectify any technical issue on site
Point of contact with government agencies, subcontractors, clients and consultants
Reporting on performance progress and any other issue regarding the project

Requirement

Degree in Construction or Engineering or relevant
Having at least 3-5 years of project management experience
Able to work independently and multitasking
Familiar with manpower management and planning

Job Description

Knowledge in installation, troubleshooting
On-site technical assistance to client
Reporting of progress to manager
Documenting faults and feedback on spares requirement to procurement

Requirement

Nitec in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical
1-2 years of experience as technician
Knowledge in ACMV, Chillers, AHU would be preferred

Site Coordinator

Job Description

Provide Supervision on all site works
Evaluate and review on safety procedures
Ensuring timely completion on project site
Monitoring and performing quality inspections as and when required

Requirement

Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
Having 2-4 years of relevant working experience
Ability to work in a fast pace working environment
Sound knowledge in people and project management
